I also provide photos of actual measurements (except for most babies & kids items) and I try to disclose & photograph imperfections of any type. If I do miss an imperfection or alteration, that’s on me, and I will absolutely accept a return. But not for reasons of fit, color, smell or “I don’t like it”. These are ‘pre-owned’ pieces…they may never have been worn, some ‘new with tags’ but have likely been hanging in a closet or a thrift store for some time. Some thrift stores spray clothing, and a smell that triggers one person’s senses might not another’s. My pieces are always steam sanitized and also spot cleaned and washed if needed. That said, I wouldn’t wear something I bought used without washing it or having it dry cleaned.
