I measured front waistband to bottom of the skirt and got approximately 16 inches includes the fray. I measured front waistband and got approximately 17 inches. There’s some stretch to the waist as there’s gathered elastic on both sides. I did not measure the stretch. An approximate front hip measurement of 22 inches was measured. I measured across the front bottom and got 24 inches. You can wear alone or with a pair of footless leggings underneath. Fabric is 99% cotton and 1% spandex. Wash inside out. First wash, wash separately. Machine washable cold water with like colors and tumble dry low. Condition is "New with tags". Shipped with USPS First Class Package. I do combine shipping.
